Nowadays we are so busy trying
to do several things at once. We do not look after our health, until
serious illness strikes us. We forget such a simple things like keeping
the right posture when sitting near computer or walking. We take too
little exercise and too much fast food. We breath incorrectly or drink
not enough fluids. These small things have a huge impact on our health
and well-being.
Moreover, we all experience stress to some degree. Too much stress
produces anxiety or tension and releases a flood of toxins which
circulate throughout our bodies. This is a powerful suppressor of the
human immune system. It is now widely recognised and accepted that
stress is the greatest cause of ill-health in our society.
